• We offer full-service tours upon arrival to quickly acquaint you with all the features and amenities, answer questions, and personally give you the keys
• Due to popularity, we typically book up to 14 months in advance for Peak Summer Season and Holidays.  Hurry, don't miss out!

Policies:

• Simple Rental Process!
• No Smoking
• No Persons under the age of 25 allowed unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (i.e., no parties)
• Family of "mature friend" groups only: no college, post-college "friends", high school, bachelor/ette, frat parties, "guys get-away weekends", etc.
• All guests, visitors, and pets must be registered
• Occupancy limit is 6 to 10 depending on number/ages of children
• Add'l fees may apply for larger groups
• Dog Friendly: Up to 2 adult house-trained dogs accepted for additional pest-control fee of $20/dog/night or  $129/dog/week; minimum dog fee $49/dog each. Must be treated with Advantix or similar topical flea/tick repellent at least (7) seven days prior to arrival.  Sorry no cats.
• Reservations are confirmed by paying half of your period's gross rent and receipt of signed Vacation Rental Agreement. 
• Balance due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
• If less than 30 days to arrival, only credit cards or guaranteed funds will be accepted.
• Discover, Master Card, Visa, & Paypal
• Regular check-in is after 4pm CST; regular check out is before 10am CST
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee
• No fireworks, bonfires/fire pits, or deep fryers allowed
• $500 refundable security deposit will be authorized to a credit card just prior to arrival or paid via check or guaranteed funds to cover any damages.
