Sun/beach-lovers will enjoy the convenient stroll through a tiny sliver of IN Dunes Nat'l Park--well-established dune trails--wild grass, cherry bushes, cottonwoods, black oak trees--to get to the best "semi-private" beach in IN, which is one full mile from the public beaches.

Attached/separate Main House/Dream Retreat sleeps up to 16 more with four (4) additional large bedrooms and four (4) luxury baths bringing total occupancy up to 26.
